Fall fun

Well it's been a month since I last blogged!!! Longer I suppose, although I can't say much of anything is going on. Nahla has started taking ballet and tap classes again. She is so happy because she has her same teacher from last year! I think it makes it a lot easier for her to go into classes. Lila was so jealous of nahlas dance classes so I talked to the wonderful desk ladies at Anita's and they got Lila into the minis class even though she is underage ;). We just had her first class today and she had fun! She even was doing some of the moves by the end!! I was pretty impressed. Since I have to sit in with Lila nahla gets to participate too on and off. Saturdays are always so exciting for them.

Earlier this week we started doing 2 rec classes. Nahla is taking an art class which she of course loves. They have 4 different stations Every time that the kids can rotate through. The play doh one was her favorite by far. Followed by the painting of course. She liked it so much I finally got her the playdoh sweet shop she has been asking for (with a coupon of course :)) she has been playing with it nonstop since. Lila started a gymnastics class. There is one other boy in the class so they get a lot of attention. She walked on the beam, went on the bar, and her two favorites...playing with ribbon twirlers and the parachute. Nahla will also be doing a gymnastics class in a month or two so we will see if she still likes it :). She did one around Lila's age and thought it was fun!

Besides zoo trips, the park and making Halloween costumes we haven't been up to much. We are trying to get out and enjoy the weather before it gets gross again. Sparky has been having a blast at the dog park. He gets so excited when we pull into the park entrance. The excitement builds as we drive up the path to the open dog area. In our free time we are getting ready for nahla and Lila's Halloween party. Nahla has been begging to have a party so we decided to throw one for all their friends.
