the science of being stupid

National Geographic always keeps me entertained. Except for last night.

Netflix recommended we watch a video about Ancient people coming in contact with aliens.

It was late, i was tired, and robbie was somewhat interested in the idea.

It was completely retarded. -10 out of 5.

So they had their normal scientists on the show that were spitting garbage about how these artifacts found in tombs point to the fact that aliens came to earth.

They found a bird that looks like a plane, and a bug that looks like a rocket ship.

Their assumption was that ancient people would be to stupid on their own to come up with the idea of a plane or a rocket ship so some smarter being must have given it to them.
I don't know if its just america or the world that thinks everyone is dumber then they are. Why would you assume that ancient people couldn't have made a glider? They built pyramids with no electronic equipment, just blood and sweat. Id like to see them round up some people today and make them build a pyramid.

I had to turn it off, the sheer stupidity of it was keeping me from falling asleep.

If these scientists really believe that they must have been visited by aliens to learn how to wipe their own butt, they must have fallen off their rocker...as my grandmother would say.
