I used to believe in the idea that everyone had more then one soul mate. I figured that marriage, just happened when the timing was right.
I can't believe i ever thought that.
Robbie and i have only been married for a little under 2 years. We dated for 4 months before we got married and were friends for 3 months before that. (it was a very short timeline, VERY unexpected for both of us, but i couldn't wait to start a life with him. Cheesy but true) I thought i knew everything there was to know about robbie. I felt we fit together like perfect puzzle pieces.
The more time i spend with him the more things i realize we have in common. Insanely weird things actually. They say that the more time you spend with someone, the more you become like them. I feel this is factual, but not the reason we have so much in common.
We are soul mates, thats the reason.
May be thats a little bit disney for you, but the more i see couples together the more i think wow they are perfect for eachother. Its beautiful really.

ReplyDeletejaren didn't inherit the romantic side of the family. i told him, 'jaren we are just perfect for each other!' his reply -- 'no, neither of us are perfect. and we're not perfect for each other yet.'
'jaren, i think we were totally meant for each other.' jaren's reply -- ' technically, i don't think that's true. we could have married anyone who was worthy.'
i should tell him to take a leaf out of your book lol.
