so its been a while since ive blogged i feel like. robbie and i have been frantically searching for a place to live as my due date inches closer...along with my belly.
we have found many potentials that have fallen through so its still a waiting game for us.
yesterday i went to the gyno and had my first exam (im finally 9 months!) i was soft and closed..which basically means i am starting the labor process. which is more than i could say for nahla. I didnt start anything until the day she came out.
I have had nights of contractions already. I'm very happy this is my second time around otherwise i'm almost sure i would have ended up in the labor and delivery room twice already for false labor. So its nice to know the difference and what to expect.
We are still naming her lila juliet for all those wondering.
otherwise not much has been going on. we are trying to tell nahla that there is going to be a baby at our house. she gives my stomach kisses and says hi to the baby but im sure she doesn't quite get it. I told robbie last night i feel bad for her because all of a sudden there is going to be this new person sharing us. I told him it would be the equivalent of me bringing home another husband and telling robbie hes staying with us now lol.
She does like other babies and loves playing with her dolls so i'm sure she will be a wonderful big sister. i'm just hoping i have the energy and patience to give her everything she needs.
most of all i will be happy to have my body back. i'm quite sore and tired of using every public bathroom imaginable.
