When i have days like today i sometimes wonder how i am still sane.

I was upstairs getting ready for a doctors appointment. I had gotten nahla fully dressed with about 10min to spare when i started feeling sick. Great. Into the bathroom. I come out about 5 min later, am getting ready to put on my shoes and am incredibly happy. i somehow managed not to be late, with all the craziness that happened earlier..thats not important to the story.

All of a sudden i hear uh oh. Crap, i think..the last "uh oh" was 3 days earlier..when after nahla got out of the tub she made a break for grandmas room spread her legs and peed on the carpet.

I turn around to a complete disaster..shes covered from head to toe..literally in what i first think is dirt. Its up her nose, all over her clothes, somehow underneath her clothes, front, back..everything. I'm wondering how the crap she did this in only 5 min..Shes smiling..its in her teeth too.

Still thinking i can make it on time if i hurry.. i go to get the wipes and as i get close to clean off her face it smells like chocolate. Take off her clothes to put on yet another outfit and scrub her from top to bottom with wet wipes.

We get downstairs and thats when i realize i'm going to be late. On the living room floor is half of a left over chocolate cake. I'm sure when she saw it on the counter she thought...jackpot. She had eaten off all the frosting and a good amount of cake..i'm surprised she didnt get sick.

She sat on the stairs and watched me clean it up..then we left. We were late of course.

When i told robbie later he asked if i got a picture..unfortunately..i didnt.
