I feel Pretty

Sometimes i do things for no reason at all.

For instance, yesterday i french pedicured my toes. For really no reason. Its 3 degrees here, really it is, i don't leave the house without my sheepskin boots on. Although after seeing how pretty my toes looked i considered wearing flip flops. The 6 inches of snow laid that dream to rest.

So i walk around barefoot in my apartment, and steal glances at my feet. Our apartment has free heat so we can crank it as high as we want. It makes me feel like a celeb, even if I'm laying around in my underwear.

I want to look good. Its the reason i get dressed to go out for just one hour of the day. It makes me feel good. I don't want to ever look old, i dread it, i think everyone does. When i turned 20 it was my first sad birthday. I'd like to stay 19 forever. Where is edward cullen when i need him?

I suppose when i am wrinkly and hunched over i can still have a french pedicure though...I can walk around the nursing home in flip flops. I may not know who i am at that point, but i can tell you one thing i will know....I look good.
