We have ridiculously nice weather here in WI this week. Seriously last week i had given up all hope of shorts weather and was about to pack up all of nahlas summer stuff when SURPRISE!
So we went to the zoo today. Nahla has been obsessed with spiders lately. Grandma has put up all her Halloween decorations so nahla goes around pointing and saying Spiiiider. Grandma even found a big spider in our backyard to show nahla. She loves them. (i just debugged my room to get rid of them cuz they creep me out beyond belief. especially when they crawl on me in bed when i watch tv yuck!)
So anyways we were going over to the reptile/fish house in search of spiiiders. We walk in and the first cage has a huge iguana in it and a big pile of poop. (nahla has been really interested in poop lately. whenever i change her diaper she needs to be able to see the poop shes made before she will lay down and let me change her)
So Nahla was thrilled to see the poop. She started screaming poop poop! and eww. After about 5 mins of this we tried to get her to move on but nothing was as entertaining as the big pile of turds she kept running back to. She even cried when we had to leave the poop in search of bigger animals with bigger poop.
The lion had 3 cubs..was this as entertaining as the waste pile in the corner. you'd think so, but not to nahla. poop by far is the most interesting thing at the zoo.
Utah has had TERRIBLE weather the last two days. it even snowed yesterday! it's supposed to eventually get back in the 70s, but whatever.
